We have been part of the Marico Innovation Foundation’s Scale-up Program since 2022 and it has been a great journey together. Since the start of the program, we have been supported in various aspects of business-like Networking, HR & Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, and Market Expansions by Marico’s experienced subject matter experts and MIF team. The most important and unique approach of the program is that they not only provide traditional mentorship, but they understand your day-to-day challenges in the startups, deep dive into it and get mentors from Marico’s experienced leaders who have lived the journey in specific business aspects to guide us while extending support from giving direction to implementing the guidance, and monitoring’s impact on the startup.
